VACUUM MANIPULATORS
Vacuum manipulators are dynamic machines for moving loads in which pressure generated by a vacuum pump is used to hold and lift a load. An intuitive hand grip or in some versions a lever is used to operate the equipment.
Loads can be lifted up to 2.5 m and the maximum capacity of the manipulator is 315 kg. Depending on the customer’s needs, the machine can be supplied to fit onto jib cranes or overhead cranes to ensure ergonomic use of working space. An efficient and reliable dry vacuum pump is the heart of the manipulator. The vacuum manipulator is an irreplaceable tool that is suitable for use in every production and logistics company or warehouse.
Vacuum manipulators are usually used for moving bags, cardboard boxes, drums, buckets, crates or slabs. They are mainly used in the food industry (dairy products, spices, tea production or meat industry) but also in the pharmaceutical and construction industry, as well as domestic electronic appliances, plastics, rubber, wood and furniture industries and many others.
